Energy isn’t limited by space or time. In Practical Reiki, distance healing is taught from the very beginning because intention and focus allow energy to flow wherever it’s directed. A distance session feels just as effective as an in-person one.
Most people feel calm, relaxed, or lighter. Some experience tingling, warmth, or even an emotional release. Others simply feel peaceful. Every session is unique, and whatever you notice is exactly right for you.
There’s nothing you need to do to “make Reiki work.” You can prepare by wearing comfortable clothes, settling into the body and setting an intention to be open to receiving. Reiki flows where it’s needed most, with or without conscious effort.
